I was approached by Foam Brewers out of Burlington, Vermont to create art inspired by a track from local musician, Greg Freeman. The song was called 'Long Distance Driver' and it evoked feelings of both struggle and hard miles earned. I wanted to use eye-catching psychedelic colors and forced perspective to make the can stand out on the shelves and to nod at the dream-like state the song puts the listener into.
I also used a mix of drawing and scanned collage to further create something that would stand out from a crowded market of craft beer.
